Returns – Refund

3. Returns process

– Wait for confirmation: We will check the information and respond within 48 hours. If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

4. Returns Costs
Return Costs: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly due to our mistake.
Refund of original shipping costs: If the product is defective or not as described, we will refund the original shipping costs.
5. Refund
After we receive and inspect the product, if the product meets the return conditions, the amount will be refunded to your account within 30 business days. The specific refund time depends on the payment method you use.
The refund will include the full value of the product, excluding the original shipping costs (if the product is not defective or there is no mistake on our part).
6. Cases that do not accept returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
– Used products: If the product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.
– Products damaged by users: In case the product is damaged due to the customer not following the instructions for use or storage.
– Discounted products: Products that are in promotional or deeply discounted programs are not eligible for return.
7.Cancellation of Order
Orders that can be canceled within 24 hours of payment will be fully refunded. We do not accept cancellation requests after 24 hours.
We will not accept cancellation requests after the order has been shipped. There is no need to cancel your order if you just want to change the color or size of your order.
