1. How long is the return period?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused and with all tags intact to be eligible for a return.

2. What products are eligible for returns?

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is delivered in the wrong color or size.
  • You change your mind but the product has not been used and still has all the packaging, labels, and accessories.

3. How does the return process work?

To return the product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by email or phone to request a refund, with the reason and photos to prove the problem (if any).
  • We will respond and guide you on how to return it within 48 hours.
  • Carefully package the product and send it to our address.

4. Who pays for the return shipping costs?

If the product is defective or faulty due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping costs. In other cases, the customer will pay the return shipping costs.

5. When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if it meets the return conditions, we will refund the money to your account within 30 business days. The refund time may depend on the payment method you use.

6. What are the cases where returns are not allowed?

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.
  • The product has been damaged due to improper use by the customer.
  • The product is on sale or in special promotions.

7. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

You can request a change to your shipping address by contacting our customer service team immediately after placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee that changes will be made once your order has been confirmed and is in process.

8. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping for all orders is $6.99. We currently ship within the United States only.

9. What is the processing and delivery time?

Order processing time: All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time: Once processed, shipping time is 7-15 days.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the delivery status at any time on our website or the carrier’s website.
